Choosing your boat

Several factors may determine which boat you will elect to hire:

• The size and composition of your group (number of adults/children who will be on board)

• Your comfort level in operating a larger or a smaller boat (although it is really quite simple)

• Your budget 

• Availability at the port from which you have chosen to travel 

Our Boats (Click red series names (i.e.. Sedan Series) for   breakaway diagram of boat interiors. There is a table below each of the cutaway diagrams that compares the features   and the technical details of all of the boats within each series.

Estivale Series includes:  Estivale Duo

Estivale Series - This is a new range of boats offering a perfect compromise between the existing Sedan and Grand Confort series. The large aft terrace is on the same deck level as the lounge area (which is part of the success of the Sedan series). In addition to the stern gates, two extra side gates facilitate access to the terrace from either side of the boat, facilities which will be most appreciated when mooring. The galley area conserves a high standard of equipment for  a 2/4 - berth boat, whilst the forward cabin and shower room are spacious and comfortable. Outdoor life has not been left aside, a stairway molded into the hull enables access to the flying bridge, and the bridge controls fold away for maximum comfort. The forward bow terrace, greatly appreciate on the Grand confort range, has again been retained for outdoor snacks or lunches. Finally the height of refinement, the aft terrace has a sun awning, a saloon table with chairs, a shower and bathing ladder for these tempted by a swim! Without doubt the Duo will charm you for your next cruise along the waterways. 

Sedan Series includes: N-800, N-1000, N-1010, N-1020, N-1150, N-1160, N-1170, N-1300, N-1310

Sedan Series - An exclusive series with accommodations for from 2 to 12 people... A concept unequalled in the field of pleasure boating: The success lies in the superb saloon with its panoramic views, a vast sliding door to the rear of the saloon leading to an enjoyable sedan terrace with its overhead sun canopy under which you can enjoy your mid-day meals. The double steering position finishes the Captain's isolation at the helm. The crew is all together in this most agreeable concept.

Grand Confort Series includes: N-900, N-1100, N-1350, N- 1350 VIP LUXURY MODEL

Grand Confort Series - The latest concept from our boatyard with accommodations for 2 to 10 people. The Grand Confort provides comfortable and spacious cabins with  headroom below deck around 6 feet 6 inches. Each cabin has its own bathroom/WC. Easy and safe access to the fore terrace (the gangway is molded into the hull deck).  Aft steps lead to the roof solarium... privacy is respected offering maximum comfort for a crew of 2, 3, or 4 members depending upon the type of boat chosen.

Riviera Series includes: R-750, R-920, R-1130

Riviera Series - An earlier design from our boatyard, these boats are  renowned  for their maneuverability. Ideal for a first cruise... they provide comfortable cabins, a saloon  with overhead sliding roof so that you may lunch under the sun...  and ideal compromise of comfort on board at attractive prices.

Boat Prices - Boat rental prices are listed below the diagram of each boat illustrated on this page; just scroll down to see them. The price of your European Waterways adventure depends upon which boat you choose. The price for the boat is the same regardless of  which waterways you cruise. Some boats are not available at all locations, so be sure to consult the web page for the area you would like to cruise to determine what boats are available in that particular area. Prices for the boats vary with the season. You may  choose to embark on a one week adventure or a mini-week or a weekend. In each  case you may add additional days at the daily charge that is quoted. This, however, must be arranged in advance because the boats are scheduled for the next occupants at the time you arrange to return it.

ALL EXTRAS PRICED BELOW ARE IN US $ and Euros €

(Dollar prices shown are estimates based on $1.30 per Euro - US Dollar rates subject to change with exchange rate change.)

Extras: (All charges listed below are payable at base port in Euros)

• Bike hire: $37/€ 28 per week payable at the base

• Car park/Garage: From $20 to $59/€ 15 to € 45  per week payable at the base

• Pets: $37/€ 28  payable at the base

• One-way supplement: One week $140/€ 107. This does not include transfers of vehicles or passengers

• Supplement in Germany for boats equipped with rear propeller = $115

• Supplement on river Lot = $115

• Charts = $26/€ 20 per region. Charts can be ordered at the time of reservation for delivery prior to departure.

• Charge for final cleaning = $195/€ 150 (This charge can be avoided if boat is returned in clean condition.)

• Deposit: 800€  per boat (except N800 & N750 = 630€) and 150€  for cleaning deposit (except N800 & N750 = 120€). It covers the insurance franchise, loss of hire and boat cleaning if this has not been done. This sum will be repaid to you at the end of your cruise if the boat and its equipment are brought back clean, in good condition and undamaged, at the time and place agreed on.

• Insurance is described more fully in our general rental conditions, please ask for the application form.

• Consumable Forfeit: All of the consumables (oils, diesel oil, gas...) used during your stay are included in this forfeit. When you set off the tank will have been filled, giving you self sufficiency for 10 to 14 days (depending on the type of boat). All our cruisers are fitted with a meter which is read on your departure and on your return. The number of hours of engine fuel use will be invoiced according go the rate displayed at the bas (More or less 15 to 30€ per day)

Prices Do Not Include:

• Fuel, gas and other consumables will be charged to the hirer at the relevant hourly rate.

• Bike hire

• Garage or car park

• Insurance (Optional: Cost is according to the policy chosen)

• Navigation maps

• Final cleaning

• Security deposit

• Extra charge for pets

Discounts:

• 10% off of your second and following weeks

• 5% off for 2 boats or more

• Special discount for 1 couple + 1 child on a N900 = 10%

• These offers are non cumulative and may not be combined

One Way Cruises: One way cruises may be subject to unforeseen circumstances which can impede their operation. A one way cruise as well as its direction are only confirmed 48 hours before departure

• YELLOW - 30 June to 13 July & 25 to 31 August

• BLUE - 28 April to 29 June & 1 September to 14 September

• PINK - 14 July to 24 August

• ORANGE - 21 July to 17 August. The Orange price period applies only to the bases of south France originating in Bouzies, Buzet, Bram, le Somail, and Bellegarde.
