SEASONAL DISCOUNT PROGRAM

Certain times of the year are busier than others and boats can become scarce. Other times are relatively lighter in boat rental demand resulting in a surplus of boats. In order to attain some semblance of balance and motivate travelers to travel in the low seasons of the year (when really, it is much more pleasant because of less canal traffic) we occasionally offer special discounts to our clients. So check in here from time to time for the current deals.

The Current Savings Attractions*:

Year Around Discounts:

10% off of your second and following weeks
5% off for 2 boats or more
Special discount for 1 couple + 1 child on a N900 = 10%
These offers are non cumulative and may not be combined

Seasonal Discounts:

20% Discount for all boats and destinations in June
15% Discount for all boats and destinations in July
The above discounts are valid for reservations made between the 18th and 30th of June 2007

*The above discounts apply to the boat rental only and are available only if the reservation is made within the dates specified as valid. They are not cumulative with other discounts. The final price of the boat is the price available at the time of reservation. Discounts are not retroactive.

PRICING PERIODS BY SEASON

GREEN - 24 March to 27 April & 15 September to 3 November
YELLOW - 30 June to 13 July & 25 to 31 August
BLUE - 28 April to 29 June & 1 September to 14 September
PINK - 14 July to 24 August
ORANGE - 21 July to 17 August. The Orange price period applies only to the bases of south France originating in Bouzies, Buzet, Bram, le Somail, and Bellegarde.

Rental Periods and Extra Charges:

Week: Departure between 4 and 6 p.m. return between 8 and 9 a.m.
Mini Week: From Monday 2 p.m. to Friday 9 a.m. or from Tuesday 2 p.m. to Saturday 9 a.m.
Weekend: From Friday 4 p.m. to Sunday 5 p.m.
Pool Optional: Available only for "N" series of boats (except N 800). A permit is required to rent a pool if sailing on N1300, N1310, N1350, and N1350 VIP models.
One week = 7 nights. Where your holiday overlaps two seasonal periods, the price is calculated according to the number of days falling in each period.
Lubz & Lychen (Germany): There is a $115 charge per booking for the boats with the stem propeller
The River Lot (Departure from Bouzies): A shorter season, inclement river conditions and additional supervision cause prices for this region to be slightly higher than in others. There is a $115 supplement per boat.

Extras: (All charges listed below are payable at base port in Euros)

Bike hire: $37/€ 28 per week payable at the base
Car park/Garage: From $20 to $59/€ 15 to € 45 per week payable at the base
Pets: $37/€ 28 payable at the base
One-way supplement: One week $140/€ 107. This does not include transfers of vehicles or passengers
Supplement in Germany for boats equipped with rear propeller = $115
Supplement on river Lot = $115
Charts = $26/€ 20 per region. Charts can be ordered at the time of reservation for delivery prior to departure.
Charge for final cleaning = $195/€ 150 (This charge can be avoided if boat is returned in clean condition.)
Deposit: 800€ per boat (except N800 & N750 = 630€) and 150€ for cleaning deposit (except N800 & N750 = 120€). It covers the insurance franchise, loss of hire and boat cleaning if this has not been done. This sum will be repaid to you at the end of your cruise if the boat and its equipment are brought back clean, in good condition and undamaged, at the time and place agreed on.
Insurance is described more fully in our general rental conditions, please ask for the application form.
Consumable Forfeit: All of the consumables (oils, diesel oil, gas...) used during your stay are included in this forfeit. When you set off the tank will have been filled, giving you self sufficiency for 10 to 14 days (depending on the type of boat). All our cruisers are fitted with a meter which is read on your departure and on your return. The number of hours of engine fuel use will be invoiced according go the rate displayed at the bas (More or less 15 to 30€ per day)

One Way Cruises: One way cruises may be subject to unforeseen circumstances which can impede their operation. A one way cruise as well as its direction are only confirmed 48 hours before departure
